We were very fortunate to discover Lift Construction and Sean McGuire as they were performing other work for our neighbors at the Point in Highland Village. After reading their reviews on the company website, we requested a visit and an estimate for a leaking skylight. Sean responded quickly to our request and, with his high-tech 4K camera drone and visual inspection, provided us with an on-site price and contract. Sky light replacement was done quickly by Sean’s team, and the leak problem was solved. In addition, a couple of other small issues (facia leak and squirrel-damaged vent pipe covers) were discovered and replaced at no additional charge. Sean’s team also repaired the internal drywall damage from the leaks. Excellent professional service by both Sean and his experienced team! I highly recommend Lift Construction and Sean McQuire!

"Lift was fantastic to work with. Their attention to detail was amazing. They walked me through the entire process and kept me up to date the entire time. Sean pointed out the issues that I had with my last install, showed me the materials they were using compared to what I had, took care of the insurance form start to finish, and was even able to get me more money from Insurance to fix some smaller items I did not think we could get covered (stained fence, pergola, and new paint inside). I have recommended Lfit to all my friends, and the ones that have used them had the same experience as I had."
